Cancellation & Returns
At Silicone Lover, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality products and attentive service. Because every doll is a personal and intimate purchase, please read our policies carefully before placing your order. Order Modifications
• Custom Dolls: You may request changes to your custom order within 48 hours at no extra cost (within standard options). After 48 hours, modification requests will depend on the stage of production and may incur additional fees.
• In-Stock Dolls: Orders for in-stock dolls can only be modified before shipment. Once shipped, any changes will be treated as a return and subject to return shipping and handling costs.

Cancellations
• Custom Orders: Cancellation requests are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on production progress. Non-refundable fees (10%–50%) may apply to cover materials and processing.
• In-Stock Orders:
1. Cancel within 12 hours: 90% refund
2. Cancel within 24 hours: 80% refund
3. After 24 hours or once shipped: Non-refundable (returns may apply under our policy).
Why Fees Apply
Cancellation fees cover processing costs such as payment provider fees, materials ordered for custom builds, packaging expenses, and shipping fees (where applicable). These costs are non-refundable once incurred.
Inspecting Your Doll
Please inspect your doll carefully upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours with photos or videos. Damage caused by misuse or improper handling will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Damage, Missing Items & Warranty
We will assist with solutions such as replacements, reshipments, or partial refunds in the following cases:
• Wrong Item Received: Must be supported with unboxing video/photos showing the doll, packaging, and shipping label.
• Damaged on Arrival: File a claim with the shipping carrier. Severe cases may qualify for replacement; minor damage may be repaired with provided kits.
• Missing Package: If tracking shows “delivered” but the item is not received, please file a claim with UPS/FedEx immediately. Signature confirmation can be requested at checkout for extra security.

Returns Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns on used dolls. If a return is approved:
• The doll must be brand new, unused, and in its original condition.
• Contact us first for return instructions—do not ship back without authorization.
• Returns may be subject to restocking fees (15%–25%) and all shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned doll passes inspection. Deductions may apply for:
• Original and return shipping costs
• Packaging and restocking fees
• Non-refundable payment processing fees
Refund Processing Times:
• Credit/Debit Card: 7–10 business days
• Klarna: 7–10 business days
• PayPal: 3–5 business days
Please contact us directly for refund tracking before initiating a chargeback. Disputes or chargebacks can delay resolution and may incur additional fees.
Important Notice
Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes after receipt of an order may result in legal action to recover losses.
