From selecting your ideal doll to receiving it at your doorstep, every step is transparent and hassle-free.

01. Choose and Customize Your Doll

Browse our wide collection and select the doll that suits your preferences. You can also create your own unique custom doll by visiting our customization page.

02. Checkout and Payment

Add your selected doll to the cart and proceed to checkout. Please enter accurate shipping and contact details, including your real name and mobile number, so the courier can reach you if necessary.
Choose a payment method that works best for you. If you pay with PayPal, you may also use a credit or debit card even without a PayPal account. The payment page will open in a secure new window for your safety.

03. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email with all the details. Review the information carefully, especially the shipping address. If you need to make changes to a customized order, please contact us within 12 hours.
If you do not receive the confirmation email, check your spam folder and ensure that our messages are not blocked.

04. Manufacturing Process

For custom dolls, production typically takes 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the doll’s complexity and materials. In some cases, production can be expedited. Please note that manufacturing times may extend during holidays such as New Year, Christmas, National Day, or the Chinese Spring Festival.
For in-stock dolls, there is no production process required. These are ready for shipment within 2 to 5 business days. You can always reach out to us for an estimated delivery timeline.

05. Doll Quality Check

For custom orders, we will send you detailed factory photos by email once your doll is ready. Please confirm that everything meets your expectations. If adjustments are needed, we will make changes before the doll is packed and shipped.
In-stock dolls do not come with factory photos, as they are already packaged and stored safely in our warehouse. If you would like to see real photos, we can provide shipment images of dolls with the same configuration upon request.

06. Shipping

We usually ship with FedEx or UPS. You will receive a tracking number within 2 to 4 days after shipment. If you need to delay delivery or arrange pickup at a local FedEx or UPS center, let us know in advance so we can make arrangements.
Shipping times vary depending on your destination. Orders to Canada, Australia, and the European Union may take longer, so we appreciate your patience.

07. Delivery and Inspection

Keep track of your package with the tracking number provided. Once it arrives, inspect the outer box before opening. If the box appears damaged, take photos or videos of the shipping label and packaging. Record a video when unboxing to document any potential transit damage.
In the rare event that damage occurs, we will work with you to resolve the issue by offering repair guidance, a replacement, or a refund depending on the situation.

After your doll is delivered, you will receive a review request. We would love to hear your feedback and see your five-star reviews. Many of our customers also share photos of their dolls in the comments, and we look forward to seeing yours too.
