All dolls are custom made-to-order. Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, subject to a 10% cancellation fee. After this period, orders cannot be cancelled as production will already be in progress.

Refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged. To process a claim, photographic evidence of the damage must be submitted for review.
