1. Are your sex dolls high quality?  

Yes. Our dolls are made from premium materials such as medical-grade TPE and high-quality silicone. They are non-toxic, body-safe, and come with quality assurance. Each doll undergoes a full quality inspection before shipment.  

2. What’s the difference between TPE and silicone dolls?  

TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is soft, elastic, and has a skin-like feel, making it highly realistic to the touch. It's also more affordable and flexible.

Silicone is firmer, more durable, and heat-resistant (up to 220°C). It holds fine details better and is less prone to staining or oiliness, making it ideal for high-end realism.    

Both materials are safe, and the choice depends on your preference for touch, durability, and budget.  

3. Will the doll’s color fade or be hard to clean?

No, the color won’t fade under normal use. Cleaning is simple—each doll comes with a cleaning kit and instruction guide. For hygiene and convenience, many dolls offer removable private parts that can be cleaned separately.  

4. Will the product look different from the pictures?  

No. All images on our site are of the actual dolls. Photos are taken professionally or by phone depending on the listing, so slight differences in lighting or color tone may appear, but the doll you receive will match the design shown.

5. How long does shipping take?  

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks depending on customization, location, and logistics. You’ll receive tracking info once the doll is on its way.

6.What does the packaging look like?

All our products are shipped in standard discreet packaging. The outer box is made of durable, eco-friendly corrugated cardboard that protects against pressure and impact during transit. More importantly, the box is completely plain—no logos, labels, product names, or any information that could reveal what’s inside. From the outside, no one will know what the package contains, ensuring 100% privacy and peace of mind from shipping to delivery.

7.How much is the shipping cost?

We offer the following shipping policy:

For U.S. and European orders: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $150.

For other regions: Simply share your address with our customer service team, and we’ll provide the most cost-effective and reliable shipping option (such as DDP to-door delivery or FOB shipping). We’ll always confirm the exact cost with you in advance, so you can make a clear and confident choice.

8.Will the product get damaged during long-distance shipping?

A: No need to worry—we’ve got you covered. Every order is securely packed with reinforced corrugated cardboard and protective cushioning inside. In addition, we provide shipping insurance for every order, covering the full journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. In the rare case of damage or loss during transit, our team will assist you immediately with the claim process, ensuring your rights and purchase are fully protected.

9. What’s your return or exchange policy?  

Every doll is inspected before shipping. In the rare case of damage during transit:  

  • Minor issues: We’ll work with you for a fair resolution, such as compensation or repair guidance.  
  • Major damage or manufacturing defects: We support returns, repairs, or replacements as needed.   We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse or for dolls that have been used, due to hygiene reasons.

10. What if there’s a problem after delivery?

Please inspect the doll upon delivery and report any issues immediately. After confirming receipt, you may still contact us for support. Repairs may be possible, and we’ll guide you through the process. Round-trip shipping fees may apply.
